Candice
Candice began her yoga journey six years ago in search of a way to relieve stress from the day to day grind of her corporate job. She quickly discovered the amazing shift and power that yoga had on her mind and body connection, which filtered into her daily life. Through her dedication to her practice her authentic self emerged.
Inspired by the changes she experienced in her life, Candice completed her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher training at Yoga Life in early 2017 and soon after left the corporate world to fulfill her dream of becoming a yoga teacher.
