Meg
Meg was first introduced to yoga seven years ago here in Cape Town. She spent the first few years simply enjoying all that yoga reveals and completed her teacher training at The Yoga Life in 2014.
After spending some time teaching in Zambia, she decided to dedicate her heart and soul towards serving others through yoga. Meg always aims to bring earthiness into her practice and to centre her teachings around compassion.
Her intention is to make help make social space beautiful.
