Carrot and Ginger Immune Boosting Soup

Quick and easy 10 min to prep and cook


3 large carrots

1 tbsp grated ginger

1 tsp tumeric

pinch cayenne pepper

20g wholemeal bread – any bread really (optional)

1 tbsp sour cream (optional)

200 ml veg stock


Grate carrots put in blender with ginger, tumeric, cayenne, bread, sour cream, veg stock.

Blitz til smooth

serve piping hot and maybe swirl some sour cream through.

sprinkle pinch cayenne on top.
