Power yoga is an invigorating class in a heated room and has a strong focus on connecting breath with movement. During class you will build flexibility, stamina, core stability and full body strength. Come prepared to be challenged, sweat and have fun. All levels welcome.

Boost energy levels and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. This class combines free weights with vinyasa sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Gently heated to 32 degrees.
Our 60 minute Bikram series stays true to the classic postures and structure of the 90min class, 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Each instructor brings their own style and personality into the class for a unique experience. All levels are welcome and is ideal for beginners. Come well hydrated!
The Beginners classes are designed to create a safe foundation for your yoga practice. During the class you will be introduced to Ujjayi breath and the fundamental vinyasa yoga postures. Our purpose is to set you up succesfully for an enriched yoga practice.
Yoga Strong invites each individual to meet themselves where they are at in a safe, strong and intentional way. You can expect a high-intensity, low impact fusion of Vinyasa flow, weight intervals and full body conditioning. Weights are optional.
