What you can expect?
A safe space for reflection, expression, intention, and connection.
Who?
Farhana Sarguro (founder of Relatable Content, healer, and podcaster) and Gabriel Meltz (Yoga teacher, mover and listener) are inviting you to join them in a safe space to hold and be held by a community.
Why?
We felt after 2020, a year of disconnect and solitude a need for a community connection. This is an opportunity to collectively, share, listen, move and find harmony in togetherness. We have all gone through a monumental shift over the past year, and all hold some kind of trauma in our bodies. This healing space will be a chance to feel held and share in that personal relatedness while supporting each others growth and strength for simply showing up. If the idea of sharing in community scares you, that’s okay! The space is sacred and simply showing up is doing the work.
Event details:
We invite you to come with an open mind, a journal and comfortable clothing to move in. Tickets can be purchased at YogaLife, on the MindBody app or by emailing Kristi@yogalife.co.za to secure your spot. Tickets are R200 or R160 if you are a member at YogaLife or Relatable Content.
