Coming from a Ballet background, Chantal first discovered yoga during her rigorous dance training. Her initial yoga practice helped to develop a more positive attitude towards dancing, which lead Chantal to explore deeper. Over time her interest shifted from dancing to yoga, eventually leading to a daily practice. Deciding she wanted to share her passion with as many people as possible, teaching was the next step. Chantal draws her inspiration from various styles of yoga along with her dancing background, therefore students can expect her style to reflect these influences. Chantal continues to learn daily through practice and meditation, inspired by the physical benefits and healing qualities of yoga. Her love for yoga is ever-growing as she continues to embark on this journey along with all students and together create a union between body, mind & spirit.
