Jeanae started practising yoga in July 2013. She completely fell in love with yoga after taking her very first class. Just short of a year later, she completed her Power/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Life in Cape Town. When Jeanae isn’t practising yoga or working her full time job, she can be found at home with her two toy poodles, usually cooking up a healthy storm.
Her yoga life journey has allowed her to experience multiple different types of yoga such as; Ashtanga, Jivamukti,Yin, Vinyasa, Bikram, Air, Power and Acro Yoga. Completely hooked to every form that this practice presents, she is addicted to the physical, mental and spiritual journey of this beautiful practice.
She regularly enjoys hot, sweaty Power Yoga classes. Jeanae likes teaching a high intensity, physically strong athletic yoga class. Arm balances often find their way into her flow sequence and there is never to little time for a beautiful long Shavasana in her classes.
