Jenna
Jenna started her Yoga journey with Prenatal Yoga in 2005. Raising children in Costa Rica, she found time on the mat to be a sacred opportunity to look inward, embrace calmness and practice self-love amidst the chaos of raising four little people. Upon moving to Cape Town in 2013, Jenna continued her journey of seeking balance through mindfulness, meditation and her physical practice. Balance is a key component of her classes, and she encourages her students to explore their centers of gravity both on their mats and off of them.
