As a dancer, Julie came into yoga during her university days, drawn to the continued expression of self through movement that she had always known growing up. It was only when Julie began to navigate the murky waters of adult life that her practice and passion for yoga truly began. Julie’s practice has given her something to come back to over and over again, no matter where life chooses to take her. The process of going inward, becoming more aware of the fluctuation of body and mind, has allowed for learning and growth to happen that she didn’t think possible, and has opened so many doors, one of them being the privilege of teaching this form of self-healing to others, and seeing this growth of love and self in others.
