
Klara
Klara’s yoga journey started in 2011. Ever since then she has committed her practice to herself and the sacred space between the four corners of her mat. Her practice allows her to constantly reconnect her body with her breath, creating mediation through movement. Klara completed her 200 hour TT at the YogaLife in 2018. As a Registered Dietitan Klara believes that one of the foundations for achieving optimal health is not only fueling our bodies with high quality whole foods but incorporating a lifestyle which encompasses nourishing your body from the inside out through food, the physical practice as well as meditation.
