Linda was first exposed to yoga at a young age through family and friends who practiced yoga as a spiritual tool. At school her Italian teacher introduced daily meditation into their education as a way to promote calm and peace in the children. Only in her early 20’s when she was traveling in the USA did Linda discover the physical side of yoga and started practicing more regularly. Yoga offered the perfect balance between what she needed to stimulate body, mind and soul. With her first yoga mat and Yoga journal magazines she self-practiced for years until she moved in Cape Town where she attended the 200hr Teacher Training at YogaLife. Linda teaches Beginners yoga and hopes to inspire students to connect with themselves and to take their practice off the mat and into the world.
