Olivia is a passionate yoga instructor who has been guiding students on their journey to wellness for the past two years at YogaLife. Her love for yoga ignited during her own practice, and she has since dedicated herself to sharing its transformative power with others.
With a commitment to continuous learning and growth, Olivia has completed three 200-hour Teacher training with YogaLife, honing her skills and deepening her understanding of yoga philosophy and practice. Seeking to expand her knowledge even further, she enrolled in the 100-hour anatomy training with YogaLife.
Inspired by her love for music and dance, Olivia infuses her classes with creativity and rhythm, creating a dynamic and immersive experience for her students. She teaches with a focus on safety and sustainability, guiding her students to move mindfully and with intention, honoring their bodies and their limitations.
For Olivia, teaching yoga is more than just a job—it’s a fundamental part of her life and a source of immense joy and fulfillment. She believes that yoga is a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing, designed to bring her students back home into their bodies.
