My journey with yoga began in 2012 after a friend started teaching classes on the sandy shores of Mauritius. I’ve always been passionate about movement and how our bodies act as the biggest conveyors for how we feel and interpret the world. After self-learning and practising for 6 years, I embraced my love for teaching yoga in 2018, aiming to create a practice that empowers students to find their inner strength and tranquillity, helping them to connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them. While my niche is Sculpt Yoga and the strength and confidence it provides, yoga is much deeper than just movement.
It is a gentle reminder that, through connection with our breath and body, we can find inner clarity and navigate any challenges life throws our way, with greater ease and resilience
