Shaun’s yoga journey began in 2014 when a friend suggested he try yoga as a way to destress. In the space of just a few weeks, Shaun fell in love with the practice as a form of physical expression and mental rehabilitation. To further his practice, Shaun embarked on his 200hr teacher training and attended workshops in Europe with the likes of Dylan Werner and Mackenzie Miller.

Shaun’s teaching style is a balance of intensity and release, with a focus on physical expression and curiosity.
