PR person by day and Yoga teacher by night… Steph’s first ever yoga class was at YogaLife in 2011 – seven years down the line and she is currently a teacher here. Her passion to teach arose from her experience at YL, when she realized that she wanted to give her students the same energy she received in all the years attending classes at the studio. Steph firmly believes that the mind cannot function at its optimum, if the body is not strong and vice versa, hence her dedication to Yoga and the connection it fosters between mind and body. Steph enjoys teaching Vinyasa, Power and Bikram classes or one-on-ones in her spare time.
