Yolande
Yolande started yoga as a form of physical exercise, but quickly realised there was much more in play here than touching her toes. Slowly but surely the yoga started to creep of her mat and into her life making its way into her body, mind and soul.
In 2012 Yolande travelled to India and did her teacher training at Parmath Niketan Ashram. She has been teaching Vinyasa and Bikram since then and continues to use her love of travel and learning to deepen her yoga practice.
Yolande was an Occupational Therapist, but turned full-time yoga teacher after experiencing the healing that is inherent to a yoga practice. Her intention is to create a safe space to facilitate her students own journey with yoga and her classes are inspired by every day life.
